Brentwood or bust baby. We left yesterday evening for staff retreat in Brentwood. David Mac, Allen, Ruth, Melanie, Kyle and myself (our next gen staff) are working the next couple days off site to see how we can continue to see children and students come to know Christ and how we can disciple them better.
Not only is this a time for us to strategically plan but also for us to team build. We had a great time last night hanging out and went to the movies. Tonight I think Allen and David are wrestling to see who gets to use certain rooms on Sunday mornings. :) It should be fun.
